These terms govern your use of fitKendra, a gym-management platform for fitness businesses. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
fitKendra provides membership management, class scheduling and booking, check-in, billing and member-engagement tooling, delivered as a hosted service (web console and member apps). Features on your plan tier are described on the pricing page.
Accounts & workspaces
- You must provide accurate business and contact information.
- You are responsible for your staff accounts and for keeping credentials safe.
- One workspace per gym business; branches of the same business share a workspace.
Trial, fees & billing
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan, billed in advance (monthly or annually) in INR, plus applicable GST.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next cycle.
Your data
Your gym owns its workspace data, including member records. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export your data at any time; on account closure we delete it per our retention policy.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use, including sending spam through messaging features.
- Member communications must comply with applicable law and platform rules (e.g. WhatsApp Business policies) — obtain the consents your business needs.
- No attempts to breach tenant isolation, probe, or disrupt the service.
Availability & support
We target high availability but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees on self-serve plans. We take daily backups and follow industry-standard security practices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fitKendra's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may cancel anytime from the console or by writing to us; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@fitkendra.com.
