This policy covers fees gyms pay fitKendra for the platform subscription. (Payments your members make to your gym are governed by your gym's own policies.)
Free trial first
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with full features and no card on file — evaluate fitKendra fully before paying anything.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime; your workspace stays active until the end of the paid month. Monthly fees are not refunded pro-rata once a cycle has started.
Annual plans
Full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the annual charge. After 30 days, we refund the unused full months remaining, less a 10% processing fee.
Billing errors
Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full — write to billing@fitkendra.com within 60 days of the charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted per law via credit note.
